Major Agreements
US$100 Million AI and Infrastructure Partnership FIN signed a five-year US$100 million MOU with the China-based Sun Yat-sen Charity Foundation and its associated investment bank in Hong Kong, covering infrastructure, artificial intelligence, innovation, technology transfer and other strategic sectors.
US$100 Million 3TREES Partnership
FIN signed an MoU with SKSHU Paint Co., Ltd. (3TREES) towards a proposed initial US$100 million manufacturing investment in Nigeria, subject to feasibility studies and relevant approvals. 3TREES is a leading Chinese coatings and building-materials company whose Chief Technology Adviser, Professor Jean-Marie Lehn, received the 1987 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, while its Quality Homes Technology Experience Center holds the Guinness World Record for the world’s largest coatings showroom.
Free Exhibition Space for Nigeria
FIN signed an MoU under which Nigeria will receive complimentary exhibition space within the Shanghai Free Trade Zone to showcase Nigerian products, businesses and investment opportunities in China.

Suzhou Business Forum
The bilateral business forum connected the Nigerian delegation with Chinese companies and concluded with the signing of an MoU to advance investment and commercial cooperation.
E-Mobility
The delegation visited CaoCao Mobility in Suzhou to explore electric vehicles, clean transportation, charging infrastructure and local assembly opportunities.
Medical Technology
The visit to the Jiangsu Medical Device Industrial Park explored partnerships in medical-device manufacturing, healthcare technology and investment.
Robotics and Manufacturing
The visit to Suzhou Youzhida Robotics demonstrated how automation is transforming manufacturing efficiency and global competitiveness.
Renewable Energy
The delegation met several renewable-energy companies and signed MOUs covering solar power, energy storage and other cleanenergy technologies for Nigeria.

The drone company confirmed its readiness to establish operations in Nigeria as part of its planned expansion into Africa.
